RETURN GUIDELINES
To return a product to Eratronix, you will need to request preapproval for the return in your order. Any unauthorized returns will be denied or may cause delays in the process. Upon approval, you will receive an email containing a Return Shipping Label and a Packing Slip which include a dedicated Return ID along with details of the return item(s). Within the product's specified return period, gather your purchases and prepare them for return shipping. To ensure proper identification of your return, include the Packing Slip with your return item(s) in the package and attach the Return Shipping Label to the exterior of the shipment box once your products have been securely packaged to prevent damage and are ready for dispatch. Return labels remain valid for 14 days from their issuance date, during which time the returned products must be received by Eratronix. Return Products that are received by Eratronix in any of the following conditions are ineligible for return and may be rejected:
30-DAY RETURNS
Any product "sold and shipped" by Eratronix may be eligible for return within 30 days of the invoice date.
RETURN SHIPPING LABELS
For return products under 30 pounds or less, you will need to request a prepaid return shipping label and the $6 return shipping label fee will be deducted from your refund within the return policy period. For any return products more than 30 pounds, the return shipping fee will be recalculated.
Customers will be solely responsible for the loss or misplacement of products returned if you return the package of products without a Return ID. Product received more than 14 days after the Return ID is assigned is subject to refusal at the discretion of the Customer Services Department.

REFUND POLICIES
Return Processing: Please allow at least 5 business days after the returned items are received for products "Sold and Shipped by Eratronix" to be processed. We will send you an email on your return after it has been processed.
Refunds: Refunds will be provided back to your original payment method once your return has been processed. If the original payment option is no longer accessible, please contact us.
